Acceptance of terms

By accessing daarulhuda.com or using the DaarulHuda application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Educational purpose

DaarulHuda provides AI-assisted Qur'an learning tools and optional live teacher sessions. AI feedback — including word-by-word recitation practice results — is educational guidance only. It does not replace qualified human instruction, scholarly judgment, or Ijazah. Live Ustadh sessions are subject to teacher availability and session policies.

Subscriptions

Free and Premium plans are described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to applicable store and payment provider policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass teachers or users, attempt unauthorized access, or use DaarulHuda in any way that violates applicable law or Islamic etiquette for sacred content.
